Vegetable oils have long been used as common pesticides for the home and industrial natural garden. Many gardeners add soap flakes, natural liquid soap or dish washing detergent to the oil.
The BEST SUPER DUPER NATURAL PESTICIDE RECIPE
Makes 1 quart
Oils, Soap and Water Group
1/4 teaspoon tablespoon liquid Soap
1/4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 drop natural citronella oil
1 quart warm water
Extras Group
1 heaping teaspoon orange peel
2 tbsp chopped small Onion
1 big clove Garlic
1/4 small jalapeno pepper OR
1/4 teaspoon hotsauce
Blend the onion, garlic, orange peel and jalapeno in 1 quart of warm water. Let sit 3 hours, then strain. Add liquid soap and vegetable oils, mix, and, Voila! A wonderfully effective natural bug spray.

SUPER EASY BASIC RECIPE
Oils, Soap and Water Group
1/4 teaspoon tablespoon liquid Soap
1/4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 quart warm water
Extras Group
2 tbsp chopped small Onion
1 big clove Garlic
1/4 teaspoon hotsauce
Blend Extras Group in 1 quart of warm water. Let sit 3 hours, then strain. Add liquid soap and vegetable oils, mix, and, Voila! A simpler wonderfully effective natural bug spray.
MILDEW? Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to Oils, Soap and Water Group, mix thoroughly and spray.
