Try and find a local, organic source. Ask your grocer to stock organic fruits and vegetables. Encourage your friends and family to eat more organic fruits and vegetables.
It is MUCH better to eat fresh fruits and vegetables than processed foods which can contain a number of chemicals and additives in addition to pesticides and residues.
