Mimi has been vegetarian since she was 30. Setting an example of good health and well-being, Mimi has convinced several family members and friends to go vegetarian over the years. When asked if she thinks it’s sexy to be vegetarian, Mimi says, “Well, yes, it’s sexy. To be 70 and still [wearing] a little jean miniskirt … you bet I feel sexy. Sexy at 70.”
