This means that millions of children will continue to receive poor quality, cheap analogue school lunches container fillers, chemicals, processed lower quality fried and / or highly salted and sweetened ingredients.
School Lunch Solution: Make easy school lunches with your children. Once a week, have your children help you wash, cut up fresh fruits and vegetables and store them in a container in the refrigerator for the week. Make a tasty, natural dressings and put in little baggies or small plastic cups from Smart and Final.
Create whole grain sandwiches with nut butters and honey or natural, chemical-free fillings of your choice. For treats and dessert, have an inexpensive dehydrator to help make easy and delicious natural cookies and vegetable “chips” that taste divine.
