3. Support the industry. Organic farmers should be and need to be supported by the community. Organic farming is difficult. It is populated with particularly caring and devoted small growers who sacrifice greatly to protect and nurture their fields and gardens, bringing the best, natural and delicious produce possible to market.
4. Organic produce is the healthiest for you and most delicious to eat. The relatively small cost can be offset by requiring LESS. The health benefits MAY be astounding.
5. Know that the finest restaurants who cater to the very rich, use organic almost exclusively. These rich are the self same that often times profit from chemical and hazardous food production. Isn’t that interesting?
