It’s a beautiful method of allowing the animals and pastures to coexist synergistically, one helping and building upon the other, nothing wasted, everything respected and reused. Everything benefits from everything else in a perfect harmonious natural dance.
Imagine buying food from Joel’s farm. Absolutely delicious and more nutritious than one might ever expect from factory farmed fare.
